Problems
getting on a conference call
If you or
your call participants have problems getting
on a conference call, it is usually because
of a misdialed number or not entering
"#" after the access code. Please
make sure that your participants have
the correct dial-in number and access
code. We try to keep the dial-in numbers
easy to remember and if you have a hard
time remembering your access code, we
let you pick your own code. Just keep
trying until you pick an unused one! It's
free to create additional accounts for
different purposes!
Problems
with creating an account
If you are having
problems creating a free reservationless
account, please make sure you are filling
in all the appropriate information.
Our registration
form is fairly straight-forward, but please
make sure all all the required fields
are filled in, the phone numbers only
contain digits and your e-mail address
fields match up. We rely on this information
to contact you if we need to.
Controlling
noisy conference calls
If you are
having problems with noise on a conference
call, you can use the host command key
"5" to toggle the global mute
function and instruct your callers to
hit the "6" key to unmute when
they wish to talk. Usually this is only
a problem with people on mobile phones.
